Do you remember the carefree days of summer, wandering through nature, feeling the cool water of a brook on your feet, and embracing the playful spirit within? I invite you to join my six-session on-demand workshop, "Remember Who You Are," designed to help you reconnect with your authentic self through mindfulness, meditation, and creative exercises.
As a child, I spent summers exploring sandy pine forests and weekends in a rustic cabin near a shady brook. I loved walking on slippery rocks in the cool water, feeling the gentle flow of the brook. These memories of playfulness, strength, and connection to nature inspired me to create this self-guided course. Now living on the St. Lawrence River, I understand the healing power of water and the importance of remembering who we truly are.
Workshop Outline:
· Session 1: Introduction and Grounding
· Session 2: Connecting with Your Inner Child
· Session 3: Purpose and Passion
· Session 4: Values and Priorities
· Session 5: Moments of Aliveness
· Session 6: Integration and Future Planning
Sessions 1 and 6 are private sessions with me to support you in working with the modules. In addition, you will have access to me as you work through the self-guided video modules via your preferred app.
Each hour-long session includes:
Mindfulness techniques to incorporate into daily life.
Meditation practices like body scans, lovingkindness, Calm Abiding, Walking, and RAIN.
Creative prompts to explore and celebrate what you love about yourself.
Activities that engage your senses and nurture your spirit.
This program is grounded in the senses as experienced in nature, particularly on a river, providing a serene and reflective backdrop for your journey.
