Timing is Everything
If not now, when?
As fall settles in and trees lose their leaves in a flourish, we see time passing. For some of us changes in available daylight, early evening darkness and long dark mornings bring changes in emotions, schedules, anxiety.
Feel it. The thing that you don't want to feel. Feel it. I invite you to work this month feeling all your feelings and putting them to work for you.
I will switch up your subscription through the end of the year offering multiple brief posts specific to time. Posts will provide an opportunity to consider the concept of time, our mastery of time, and the choices we make about time.
Topics will range from how to work with the upcoming changing of clocks, some hacks for coping with diminished daylight, and planning through the end of the year (that includes creating a holiday season that fills your heart without the stress).
As we look at where we are and where we want to go in the new year, we might find ourselves asking – “is this the time?” Is this the time you want to take a risk, move forward with a project, stop engaging in holiday activities that no longer have meaning? Is this the time to make changes? If not now, when?
As we consider time we will also look at WHEN. It’s not as random as you might think. There is a treasure trove of research to help us manage our choices and make the most of the science of timing.
Look for a separate post on Zoom calls, on-demand, and eBook offerings to help you move through this time of the year while preparing to thrive in 2024.
