My work integrates psychology, lived experience, and contemplative practice, with particular attention to how emotional life is shaped by the body, by relationship, and by meaning over time.
I work clinically with individuals whose mental health concerns are intertwined with chronic health conditions, anxiety, attachment patterns, and life transitions. I also create programs and communities that offer accessible support for those who may not be ready—or able—to engage in traditional therapy.
